DAY 4 - Yellow
The Day 4 of Navratri begins with the bright and vibrant Orange. This colour signifies energy and happiness. Hindus worship Goddess Kushmanda on this day.

KUSHMANDA 

Kushmanda is a Hindu goddess, credited with creating the world with her divine smile. Followers of the KALIKULA tradition believe her to be the fourth form of the Hindu goddess Parvati. Her name signals her main role. Ku means "a little", Ushma means "warmth" or "energy" and Anda means "cosmic egg". Kushmanda is believed AVATAR OF PARVATI. 

KUSHMANDA is worshiped on the fourth day of the festival of Navratri and she is believed to improve health and bestow wealth and strength. Goddess Kushmanda has eight hands and because of that she is also known as Ashtabhuja Devi. It is believed that all the power to bestow Siddhis and Niddhis are located in her Jap Mala.

It is stated that she created the whole universe (Brahmand ) in Sanskrit, by just flashing little bit of her smile. She also likes Bali of white pumpkin known as Kushmanda. Due to her association with Brahmanda and Kushmanda. She is popularly known as Goddess Kushmanda. Her abode is in Anahata Chakra.

MANTRA :

Surasampoorna kalasham rudhiraplutamev cha | 
Dadhana hastpadmabhayam kushmanda shubhdastu me ||

Weapon : Lotus , Chakra , Kamandalu , Dhanusha (Bow), Arrow, Gada (Mace), Akshamala (Rosery), Jar of holy Elixir i.e. Sura and blood.

Mount  : Lion

Food for Today : Panipuri -

Panipuri or Puchka or Golgappa is the most popular fast food in India. Panipuri consists a round ball shaped hollow puri, filled with a mixture of boiled potato and spiced water. - Wear good clothes and don't forget to wear Face Mask to avoid COVID-19 third wave.
- Use your own sanitizer and try not to touch anyone. 
- Please do not eat any street food. 
- Take your own water battel while go to play for Garba. 
- If you feel hungry after playing Garba, try to not eat street food. Take your own food box along with water bottle.
